How to tell heroku which version of Ruby to use?

When I use 'heroku-toolbelt' or 'heroku-client-standalone' both defines ruby as a dependency, I have ruby installed but not through pacman, I'm using RVM instead. is there a way I can 'tell' heroku to use this version of ruby instead of the one installed through pacman?
