Some problems after recent -Syu

When I run gnomebaker I get:

GThread-ERROR **: GThread system may only be initialized once.
aborting...
Aborted

And with gmplayer I get:

Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to load module "libgail.so": libgail.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have libgail install and mplayer was working just yesterday.

Re: Some problems after recent -Syu

I think this is yet another mirrors-out-of-sync problem. Some packages where upgrade while others are still old versions, and those do not work well together. I think. There have been massive upgrades recently (new kernel, new KDE, new gnome etc) and apparently the mirrors can't keep up.

/me holds off -Syu-ing for another few days.

Re: Some problems after recent -Syu

ftp.archlinux.org seemed to be out-of-sync too (anything this can mean for the main arch server smile ). But the problem seems now to be solved
