Microphone Problem

I have a very simple problem, but after 2 days of searching I can't found to its solution.I explained the situation so the point is that if in my laptop I connect the speakers or headphones will no longer work the internal microphone.If you need any logs, please write to me about them.
I am not so much in the world ArchLinux experienced and so I hope that there is someone who would give me with this problem helped.
