rkhunter warnings should i be concerned ?

i ran "sudo rkhunter --check" command in terminal and got the following warnings

    /usr/bin/systemctl                                       [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/vendor_perl/GET                                 [ Warning ]
    /usr/lib/systemd/systemd                                 [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/runlevel                                        [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/mail                                            [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/ldd                                             [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/init                                            [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/fgrep                                           [ Warning ]
    /usr/bin/egrep                                           [ Warning ]
    Checking for possible rootkit strings                    [ Warning ]
    Checking for system startup files                        [ Warning ]
    Checking /dev for suspicious file types                  [ Warning ]
    Checking for hidden files and directories                [ Warning ]

Should i be concerned about my system security??
