[SOLVED] Everything is Segmentation Faulting on program termination

This is a small but annoying problem. Everytime I open something up from the terminal and close it, it returns "Segmentation fault (core dumped)". For example, when I'm vim editting some text, after I quit back to terminal it tells me segmentation fault. If I open up thunar from the terminal and close it it again returns segmentation fault, and repeat for everything else I open up from terminal. Anyone know what this could be from?

EDIT: It was a microcode update problem. Just had to update it and my grubconfig and everything was fixed. Link to microcode update on wiki for future people: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Microcode

Update your microcode.
