I'm having a major problem with some games - for some reason the game is wanting to link to external files to /usr/lib32 when in fact they shouldn't according to a developer whom I spoke to - is there a way for arch linux on my system to prevent files from automatically linking to /usr/lib32? This is in relation to another post which I've posted AoW3 refuses to start, and that particular game is having a major problem. I haven't had this problem on certain ones like for example SWKOTOR 2, Civ 5, Civ 6 and half life 1 & 2 - could these system links be stopped and prevented so that I can launch the game via steam properly - this seems to only related to Arch linux and Ubuntu doesn't seem to have this problem and I really don't want to do distro hopping to find out why.
Edit: Plus I'm getting no further help from the developer's and they're not even emailing me back.
Latest Edit: I've fixed it - the cause was the locale.gen file - it had to be set to en_US.UTF-8 instead of en_GB.UTF-8

You can uncomment them both if you want to use en_GB.UTF-8 as your locale.
The important thing is having en_US.UTF-8 generated.
