Shutdown problem with multiple systemd errors

Hello everybody !
I just move to the Arch community and I think its a great dist! I love the fact that I've to install Arch by myself but I've a big problem with the shutdown.

I can literally not shutdown my computer proprely. I got tons of errors messages from systemd.

I'm running the last release of Arch Linux (2015.08.01) with the 4.1.3 Kernel. I have installed syslinux as boot loader.
My installation is pretty clean. There are only pulse-adion and xorg drivers installed and gnome as DE.
I run Arch Linux on a notebook (MSI GS70 I5-4200@2.8GHz - 8Go RAM - GTX860m) There is only Arch on the computer (no dual boot with windows or something)
I don't have this issue on my Virtual Machine.

I have search a solution for hours and I didn't find any answer.

I can't provide a shutdown-log file because the system has never shutdown proprely (I have to "hard" shutdown) but there is a picture of my screen : http://puu.sh/jz4Rf/de73d80f9a.jpg

I hope someone can help me and sorry for my english!
