Could someone please add the evilwm-git to the new AUR? I will maintain it.

Moving to AUR Issues...
If you are going to maintain it, why do you need someone else to add it in the first place?

I tried that PKGBUILD, and it doesn't seem to work.

Which one? What is wrong with it? Post the exact command you run and the errors you got.

"That PKGBUILD" is ambiguous, and "doesn't seem to work" is not an error message..

I never said it was an error message, nor is there an error message. I run makepkg and it just hangs when its cloning the evilwm git repo. I used the one from PKGBUILD.com since the other one is just the stable release. Since this thread is about the git version, I would obviously not use the link provided thats for the stable version.

Your qualification for the role of package maintainer is hardly being helped by this thread...

No problem here building http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur-mirror.git/tree/evilwm-git , check your settings.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

I'll try it again. It must have been my wireless acting up. I was building git packages all day yesterday so it must have been bad timing for the wireless to stop working. I will use the provided PKGBUILD and update it and add it to the AUR when i get home from work.

Ok, it was my wireless dropping out. It worked this time. I couldn't find the original PKGBUILD for the evilwm-git, which is why I didn't add it myself. Thank you Karol for providing me the original PKGBUILD, and thank you Lone_Wolf for helping me figure out it was my wireless Internet's fault. I'll add evilwm-git to the AUR within a couple days. I'm pretty busy.
