Cinnamon and Network Authentication screen - No worky

Hi there, I use Cinnamon as my Desktop environment, but I had to recently switch to Fedora on account of not being able to use Cinnamon to connect to my schools network.  That was until I found that Gnome's interface allows me to access Network Managers Network Authentication page, where Cinnamon does not seem to grant me this option.  I am required to provide my user ID and password in order to even connect to the University network.

My question is: Is there any way I could find a way to connect to my Universities network with Cinnamon's interface without having to download the gnome desktop environment, just to use the gnome interface to connect.

The wifi security is WPA & WPA2 Enterprise with Authentication: Tunneled TLS.

Thanks
