[SOLVED]The key sequence is ambiguous in kde5 apps

Hello! I can't use most of shortcuts in kate, dolphin and other qt application.
Then I precc Ctrl+C/X/V/Z I get:

The key sequence 'Ctrl+C' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts'
from the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity.
No action will be triggered.

I try to reset all hot keys in settings. and also try to delete .kde4/config.
what can help me?

Look at the [Shortcuts]-section of your

~/.config/kdeglobals

There may be lines where a command is given the same shortcut multiple times like

Copy=Ctrl+C; Ctrl+Ins; Ctrl+C; Ctrl+Ins

Fix those lines.
(BTW: I removed the [Shortcuts]-section altogether from kdeglobals. It solved my problem and seemed to have no ill side-effect.)
