Anyone successfully using fio-visualizer (fio benchmark)?

Hi

I'm looking for a graphical interface to the FIO benchmark tool. fio-visualizer looks promising, but I can not get it to run under arch. It appears to need to be as root and I'm hitting what I think are qt4 issues.

X Error: BadAccess (attempt to access private resource denied) 10
  Extension:    130 (MIT-SHM)
  Minor opcode: 1 (X_ShmAttach)
  Resource id:  0x103
X Error: BadShmSeg (invalid shared segment parameter) 128

  Minor opcode: 3 (X_ShmPutImage)
  Resource id:  0x120000a

BTW. Currently using gfio, but looking for something a little richer
