autoconf and autoscan mismatch with perl.

Hi!

I just noticed that autoscan from autoconf prompts this warning:

Unescaped left brace in regex is deprecated, passed through in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/\${ <-- HERE [^\}]*}/ at /usr/bin/autoscan line 361.

I investigated this and I found that autoconf has indeed been patched for this issue back in January 2013, however there has not been any new releases for autoconf since, so this tiny issue actually remains until the autoconf developers releases a version 2.70.

I have tested the patch form January 2013, and it seems to work fine, however I think the Arch core package should not have this issue.

I see two solution:
A) Ask the autoconf maintainers to release a version 2.70 of autoconf
B) Manually patch the current core package. autoconf-2.69-3

I'm willing to fix this issue, if you tell me which solution to prefer.
