First of all - I got 2 netcard - 1LAN & 1wireless!
Lan = eth0
wireless = eth1

Is there a way to change that - so that the wireless become eth0 and the LAN becomes eth1???

And then my Firefox looks totally small - I can't see what is says on the screen ??? what is the problem - becaurse everything else seems normal ...

Thanks

Yes, you must load first the wireless modul and then the other nic modul

Re: Change eth ?? and more [SOLVED allmost]

hi
in /etc/rc.conf
MODULES=()
put them in the order you want them to load

mine looks like this:
MODULES=(!usbserial acerhk tg3 ipw2200 snd-pcm-oss snd-intel8x0)
then lan (tg3 here) gets eth0 and wireless (ipw2200 here) gets eth1

cheers,
t.

look here - udev's problem with autoloading:

I've had the same problem. Starting X with the option dpi (startx -- -dpi 83) worked for me.
