Plasma 5.4 Can't Update.

Hi, today i see new fresh package on testing repo (5.4 for plasma) well i enable testing repo in

/etc/pacman.conf

and update with command 

pacman -Syu

well i get only new
package about system and on kde-app to 15.08 but i don't see anything  on plasma / plasma-desktop. Well i try with command 

sudo pacman -S testing/plasma

and can't found plasma in repo and next i try with 

sudo pacman -Syu plasma

/ -S plasma and nothing reaction.

I thing about this maybe my plasma it's upgrade before but i see on sys info it's version 5.3.2. I don't know why i can't download this update from testing repo i see on site like black on white. And can't only download manualy but it's to much time for me. Maybe sommeone help me? Thanks.

What you see on archlinux.org and what your mirror has available are two different things, depending on the sync frequency of the mirror.

Yes i check mirror before but i have fresh install Arch. Well i check my mirror-list and generate a new it's like the same i save this and miracle... i don't no how. But this is work i thing on this before i install arch because i skip one step install of arch maybe this won't get me update. Thanks it's work.
