Heating Problem in IBM Lenovo Thinkpad 410

the laptop temperature is so high when using arch on my thinkpad 410, Please help me how to cool down my laptop it is always hot even in idle time
please help me out

Open it up, clean out all the dust, replace the thermal paste on the CPU and check that the fan spins freely and the heatsink is correctly mounted.
