CAPS LOCK not working in console TTYs

Hello. Today I tried to login to console TTYs and found that CAPS LOCK did not work. It is working perfectly well in Graphical TTY1 running LXDE. Can anyone please tell me what should I do to fix this?

Do you mean it doesn't work automatically or at all?
