Pacman and upgrade confirmation.

I started to install gnome. I did pacman -S gnome. Then to do gnome-extra.

pacman -S gnome-extra

It asks for the confirmation [Y/n], if you do not put anything and hit enter it continues to install.

Re: Pacman and upgrade confirmation.

Its normal behavior an <ENTER> at that confirmation prompt is read as a "yes" or "y"

Re: Pacman and upgrade confirmation.

The standard way of doing confirmations on the command line will show the default option capitalized and everything else lower-case.  The default option meaning: what will happen if you just hit the <code><ENTER></code> key.  So the behavior here is correct since it stated: <code>[Y/n]</code>, with the default being yes in this case.
