[Resolved] Sound not working with headphones after recent update

I have a Thinkpad T450s laptop with an intel sound card and my headphones worked fine before I updated my system last night. My DE is KDE Plasma 5. To try to find the culprit I did:

$ cat /var/logs/pacman.logs

I am not sure which upgrade could have effected my sound. I also ran amixer:

$ amixer

Simple mixer control 'Master',0
  Capabilities: pvolume pswitch pswitch-joined
  Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
  Limits: Playback 0 - 65536
  Mono:
  Front Left: Playback 79969 [122%] [on]
  Front Right: Playback 79969 [122%] [on]
Simple mixer control 'Capture',0
  Capabilities: cvolume cswitch cswitch-joined
  Capture channels: Front Left - Front Right
  Limits: Capture 0 - 65536
  Front Left: Capture 76838 [117%] [on]
  Front Right: Capture 76838 [117%] [on]
Everything seems to be on I'm not sure if Master is suppose to be 0 ? Not quite sure.  Okay and my modprobe configuration file has the following:

/etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf

options snd-hda-intel model=thinkpad

I'm tinkered around with this file a lot. I checked alsamixer the headphones are not muted. I checked the Arch Wiki and the solutions there did not fix my problem and I checked older forums just in case it was not a result of the update but none of the solutions there worked either. And everything was working fine before this update so I think it has something to do with one of the package upgrades. Is anyone else having this problem?

[Update] Okay I updated my computer and restarted today and it works now. Anyone else had this experience this?
