how to get wiki writer permissions?

Okay I've been dabbling and experimenting with stuff for awhile now.
I use a fair few packages that are not documented yet on the wiki I was wondering if it was possible to get permission to be able to write a wiki or two as I am basically making notes as I go anyway.
I had a quick look and am not really sure how I apply to get wiki writing permission.
