hotpluggin stuff[Fixed]

I reinstalled Arch to fix a database issue I caused(deleting it with stuff installed), since I had nothing better to do, and for some reason I cannot hotplug USB stuff. I used a tarball to restore my exact system configuration settings, so I am not sure what is going on. Any ideas?

It would be impossible to guess what's gone wrong - can you provide some log/dmesg extracts?

MOD_AUTOLOAD="yes" would be a good start in rc.conf

Not the problem, because I use my own kernel with everything I need compiled into it.

But never mind, because it magically started working. O_o I think it may have been the udev update the fact I restarted.
