Cannot power up Bluetooth

Hello,

I can't manage to get the bluetooth up. The device is correctly recognized

Bus 003 Device 010: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)

hciconfig -a hci0

hci0: Type: BR/EDR Bus: USB
BD Address: 00:15:83:15:A3:10 ACL MTU: 672:4 SCO MTU: 48:1
        DOWN
        RX bytes:445 acl:0 sco:0 events:15 errors:0
        TX bytes:63 acl:0 sco:0 commands:15 errors:0
        Features: 0xff 0x3e 0x85 0x38 0x18 0x18 0x00 0x00
        Packet type: DM1 DM3 DM5 DH1 DH3 DH5 HV1 HV2 HV3
        Link policy:
        Link mode: SLAVE ACCEPT

As you can see, it's down. If I try to bring it up, the operation is not supported.

Can't init device hci0: Operation not supported (95)

hcitool dev can't see it either

Devices:

When trying to bring up the BT, the error generates from trying to "Read Stored Link Key" according to hcidump -X

> HCI Event: Command Complete (0x0e) plen 8
Read Stored Link Key (0x03|0x000d) ncmd 1
    status 0x11 max 0 num 0
Error: Unsupported Feature or Parameter Value

I'm disappointed to say that the device correctly works in Windows, therefore it's not an hardware fault, I suppose.  Is it possible to fix? Thanks for reading.
