Since a while my system (4.1.6-1-ARCH #1 SMP) after a random period of time after boot freezes and I can't do anything except turning off the power holding the power button. When it freezes the caps lock led starts blinking. How can I start gaining some information on what's going on? Is anybody else facing the same situation?

I installed memtest86+ and when I went for reboot I got this (which I got other times, has nothing to do with the installation of memtest86+):

I think I spotted a behavioural pattern that precedes the lock: the mouse cursor disappears for a few seconds, then reappears and the system locks. How could I investigate this?

Seems the problem is related to the bluetooth mouse. Some one (http://bit.ly/1FnjocQ) else is having a similar problem. Today I used a wired mouse and had no freezes. If this is a kernel bug what should I do? Where do I have to report it?
