Problem with streaming from Plex Server to Xbox 360

I installed the Arch Linux PlexServer V0.9.12.11 on my Pogoplug Arm device and tried to stream to the Xbox 360 Plex app.  I can see the content fine, but when I actually try to stream, I get a cannot connect error every time.  I looked at the logs for the Plex server and I see these entries which might be relevant:

DEBUG - (Capabilities) Platform 'Xbox 360' not matched by plugin platform requirements

DEBUG - [Now] Device is Mystery 5 (Xbox 360 (11xxxxx)).

WARN - [CompanionProxy] request didn't contain required argument: commandID

ERROR - handle_stream_read error 2 End of file
WARN - LongPoll: Got error, closing.

DLNA works ok, but the Xbox Plex app does not.
I have no idea if these log items have anything to do with the problem or not.  Is anybody else having this problem?  Any suggestions on how to fix it or debug it?
