[Solved] Aura stopped working?

Hi. I have been using aura for some time, and recently I noticed that  the magic line 'aura -Akua' doesn't seem to work any more - aura doesn't recognize any of the packages it was used to install:

$ sudo aura -Akua
aura >>= Fetching package information...
aura >>= Comparing package versions...
aura >>= AUR Packages to upgrade:
aura-bin : 1.3.0.5-1 => 1.3.2.0-1
broadcom-wl-dkms : 6.30.223.248-6 => 6.30.223.248-7

aura >>= No valid packages specified.

Similarly, aura won't install anything:

$ sudo aura -A aur/cloudfoundry-cli
aura >>= The following are not AUR packages:
aur/cloudfoundry-cli

aura >>= No valid packages specified.

(aur/cloudfoundry-cli is something aura found itself using 'aura -As cloudfoundry')

What is going on?

Have you tried updating or rebuilding the package? Aurweb was updated, so it could be that it needs to be rebuilt.

Whay do you mean by 'the package'? Is it aura you are referring to?

Yes, I refer to aura. That is the package you are having trouble with, right? And it as also due for an update according to the output of aura itself. Just rebuild it using makepkg, install and see if it works then.

This worked, thanks. The only thing is that it (aura) seems somehow much slower than ever.

With that I can not help unfortunately. Maybe try the AUR page and comment there?
