Has anyone managed to get a Arch working with a Dell 1235CN print/scanner? It's supposed to be a rebranded Samsung CLX3175. I've installed the samsung-unified-driver package (from AUR), but the CUPS web interface doesn't find the printer when I try to add a new printer.
When I plug it in, the system log shows:

On OpenPrinting: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Sam … g-CLX-3175
According to that page, you'll need foo2qpdl; see http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur-mirror.git/tree/foo2zjs.

foo2zjs was actually the first thing I tried. Got the same results.

Right, I re-read the question...
By system log, do you mean dmesg? What is the output of lsusb?
Did you try the "solutions" on the wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CU … ed_by_CUPS).
