Sometimes freeze with screen corruption

Hello,
Recently, my computer suddenly freezes with screen corruption.(sometimes monochromatic like window color)
I checked a log file (everything.log by syslog-ng) but I haven't a clue.
When computer freezes, Firefox is launched.
So I turned off Hardware acceleration on firefox.
But it didn't solved.

I don't know whether this problem is caused by firefox.

% lspci | grep VGA
01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] RS880 [Radeon HD 4200]
