Two Factor login - duo_unix

Hello! I need to protect my ArchLinux login with two-factor. Always i use Duo Security. But it have not ready solution for Arch.
If use this manual - https://www.duosecurity.com/docs/duounix
And compile it from sourse - even not work /usr/sbin/login_duo
/lib64/security/pam_duo.so (module to protect pam login) also not been installed.
Maybe problem in dependencies? Anyone solved this problem?

I have found using two factor authentication using Google Authenticator to be pretty effective on systems where I want to allow password login:

Thank you, i will try it.
But Duo have more and more functions, for example, you can configure the account on the site duo, and block certain users.
Have any ways to use Duo exactly?
