I'm in the process of doing this for my HP Envy 15 now. You can either set GRUB as the default EFI image, configure the Windows boot manager to list Arch with bcdedit, or install a new boot manager (e.g. systemd-boot).
To just change the default EFI boot image, this may be an option in the laptop UEFI setup utility (menu: System Configuration -> Boot Options -> UEFI Boot Order -> OS boot Manager). You can also use UEFI Shell to do the job. See examples for bcfg for how to change the default/first entry in the UEFI boot menu. If it's not in the list, you may need to run grub-install again to get it to add an entry, or use efibootmgr.
Once GRUB is loading automatically, you may want to configure GRUB with a Windows entry.
But perhaps you want to install another boot manager, like systemd-boot.
