Voice Recon + AI software

Im after some voice recognition software for arch, is there any ones for linux that people can recommend?

I also want to know if anyone knows of any AI development projects for linux?

Im interested in both areas, and would like to read up on them, And also test out some AI software.

Your thoughts?

check out CMU Sphinx.  I haven't used it, but it was the project of the month last month on sourceforge.

If you are interested in Evolutionary learning, I added some packages in AUR recently (eo-snapshot, galib and libge).
You might also have a look at CIlib
