obs-studio not running

everytime i try to run obs
i get this error "Failed to initialize video:  Unspecified error"
when i ran it from the terminal i get this:
error: X Error: GLXBadFBConfig
error: Failed to create OpenGL context.
error: Failed to create context!
error: device_create (GL) failed
error: Failed to initialize video:  Unspecified error
