[Solved] Suddently Pacman unable to synchronise to databases

Hi,
After years of no issue, I run into this problem:

[root@myArch jm]# LC_ALL=C pacman -Syu
:: Synchronizing package databases...
error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from artfiles.org : Failed to connect to artfiles.org port 21: Connection refused
error: failed to update core (download library error)
error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from artfiles.org : Failed to connect to artfiles.org port 21: Connection refused
error: failed to update extra (download library error)
error: failed retrieving file 'community.db' from artfiles.org : Failed to connect to artfiles.org port 21: Connection refused
error: failed to update community (download library error)
 archlinuxfr is up to date
