Hey there, I am using XFCE and previously used it with LXDM + slock. I decided to switch to LightDM and light-locker as it seems to integrate better together with xfce.
Once I got LightDM to work I started installing light-locker. Using the "lock screen" button in whiskers won't work. Probably because it is missing the "light-locker-command -l". Anyway, manually running "light-locker-command --l" will lock the screen but:
It turns of the display, when pressing a key it comes back on and I am presented with the LightDM login screen. Once I enter my password and hit enter the screen will go blank/off again. From that point on I can't do anything but killing the pc manually.
Any suggestions ? And logs I should post?

I am not exactly sure which logs or configs I should provide :S Where are they located / names ?
Also I just noticed: When leaving the laptop inactive for a few minutes and the screen turns off, when I get active again (the laptop hasn't been in sleep mode yet), I get presented with LightDM login screen, but the login works this time ![]()

So it seems like lightdm is missing a permission ?
