Is it possible to add a windows 10 uefi boot entry to systemd-boot

I have two hard drives. One with Arch and the other with Windows 10 (obviously just for gaming). There is not an option on my mobo to show a boot menu on start so I was wondering if I can always boot to my Arch drive via the uefi boot manager and be able to then boot either drive.

Mount the windows esp to /boot, install systemd-boot and the kernel to it, done.

sd-boot can only load payload from the esp it is located on.

Alternativly use grub which can chainload from any partition.
