It seems like the maintainer of the community package has messed up with it.
Every time I try to update it it gives the following error:
error: python2-sphinx_rtd_theme: signature from "Johannes Löthberg <johannes@kyriasis.com>" is unknown trust
:: File /var/cache/pacman/pkg/python2-sphinx_rtd_theme-0.1.9-1-any.pkg.tar.xz is corrupted (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature)).
It has been over a week with this error. And I cannot run pacman -Syu to upgrade the entire system as it fails because of this single package.
Has anyone else experienced the same error?

I usually search for errors on my side before accusing others...

I followed your link (didn't see it when I searched). It worked.
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
I was not blaming anyone. Just trying to diagnose. Apologies!

No problem. I may also just have misunderstood it.
Glad you solved it, and thanks for marking the thread as solved!
Oh, and welcome to the Arch Linux forums, by the way
