[SOLVED] Apparmor Utilities error

Recently I've been getting the curent error when running comands such as aa-status, aa-genprof,aa-logprof etc: 

 Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/aa-status", line 16, in <module>
    from apparmor.fail import enable_aa_exception_handler
ImportError: No module named 'apparmor'

Apparmor itself is running without issue, just its utilities are giving errors. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had a similar issue recently, and I solved it by reinstalling apparmor from the AUR. I am not an expert, but it might correlate with new kernel versions.
