Package not found (404) but finds after a while

Hi! I just installed Arch Linux, everything was good so far, but I tried installing Gnome; It went well for the majority of the packages but some were not found in some mirrors, after a lot of 404 errors, all were found, but now I don't know if everything was perfectly installed or if some are corrupted or something like that. Is there a way I can check the integrity of the install? Thanks guys in advance!
PD: I'm assuming the errors were because I didn't sync the databases (Is that how you say it? lol) I didn't because I didn't think they could get updated that fast. (I installed Arch in about 2 hours)

Sounds like you have multiple mirrors selected and that some of them (the preferred ones) have not yet synced to recent changes.
Wait, or choose different servers.

Edit, Or as Jason indicates, perhaps some of your servers have updated and onlythe ones that have OLD data are working (if you did not update your database as you should be)

This made it install the files that were missing I think.

That may be the reason, I'mma check my mirrolist and from now always sync the databases. Should I reinstall to make sure everything is set ok?

Welp, lesson learned then! Haha. Thank you guys for the quick response.

No need to reinstall. the -Syyu should have done the trick
