I can browse the internet using links but my pacman fails. I did pacman -Sy without problem. But nothing else works. Any tips?

Try moving another server to the top of the list of known package repositories in /etc/pacman.d/current. There are lists for extra and the other repositories in that directory as well.

Well that's what I did. And it goes through the whole list saying error, something, file wasn't found. Shouldn't pacman automaticly try next address in the repositories if there's an error or if the file isn't found?

Could you copy and paste pacman's output?
