gphoto udev rules disappeared

My /etc/udev/rules.d/gphoto.rules file contained only a comment and no rules. As a result, I couldn't use my camera anymore :x . This must have happened in the last upgrade.

I could still get the gphoto rules from another arch box. I'll paste them here so everyone with the same problem can quickly fix it:

rebuilding through ABS generates a good gphoto.rules.
I'll post a bug
