Because the OpenRC general thread is closed, then I ask here: is there an update of artoo way packages for working with ncurses 6.0 package?

Yes. I follow the instructions here (http://systemd-free.org/news.php, 2015-10-17) and all is fine
Update: really the steps are:
* pacman -Syydd dbus-openrc
It removes me `dbus` package
* pacman -Syu
It removes me `eudev-openrc` because `openrc` has conflicts
* I removed the symlink from /usr/lib/libncursesw.so.6 -> /usr/lib/libncursesw.so.5
* Run pacman -Syu
* Install udev-openrc
* pacman -S procps-ng-nosystemd. It gives me the error that /etc/sysctl.conf exists. I deleted (it was empty) i I re-install it.
* I restored the original config files in /etc/conf.d and /etc/rc.conf.
