How do I debug a complete system freeze?

Hello, I get about once every day, sometimes more often, a complete system freeze. It's random as far as I can't tell and I don't know how to reproduce.
Screen gets frozen, can't go to tty, caps-lock does nothing.
Journalctl doesn't show anything happening right before the freeze.

If it can help, one time it happened while I was typing. I noticed it stopped updating the letters on the screen, so I though there we go, frozen again, after some seconds though the letters appeared, but then it immediately froze again, this time for good.

I have a laptop ASUS K550CC with intel i7-3537U, microcode is updated.
