Hi. I have recently switched over to Arch. I'm facing problems with Pacman and Pamac too frequently.
1. GPGME error
2. Unable to lock database
3. Core not found, just to name a few
I have been able to troubleshoot most of the problems. But is there a permanent solution? P.S. For installing packages, I use both Pamac and command line, depending on my mood.

Unsurprising you have these issues, since pamac is a completely broken front-end. For example, it runs partial upgrades on every occasion, even when just connecting to a network. Use tkpacman if you need a graphical interface.
N.B: post the output of `uname -a`
