Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 (7548), which has an i7, intel and AMD R7 M265 graphics and is running on efi with grub as bootloader. The panics most of the times reads "unable to handle kernel paging request at <some address>" or "null pointer dereference at <address>". I've tried blacklisting some modules (like i915, radeon, btusb, dell_laptop) because I though maybe one of them was the problem, but it just keeps panicking. It even happens sometimes when I boot from an arch usb install medium. If I keep trying to boot eventually it does and works without any other issues. Windows works fine (which really pisses me off). I'm running latest arch kernel from core, and the lts kernel didn't help either.
Any ideas are apreciated.
Thank you.

I came across this Bugzilla post earlier today while trying to solve the exact same problem. The solution seems to be to remove the "keyboard" hook from /etc/mkinitcpio.conf and add "atkbd" to modules. I have a different version of the 7548 (Intel HD Graphics only), but the solution should be the same.

That seems to have done the trick. After rebooting several times, it seems to be fixed.
Thank you!
