Arch Boot stuck at "Started User Manager for UID 120"

Here is a screenshot of what is going on.

I have tried rebooting it multiple times, here is what has happened previously,
1) Gets stuck at "Starting WPA supplicant"
2) 90% of the time it gets stuck at the moment in the image.
3) Once, it rebooted fine into GNOME desktop
4) Screen completely blacked out once to.

Any help and advice is appreciated as I am a student and depend on the laptop for a lot of things in my daily life.

Thank you very much!

EDIT1: I kept rebooting it and it blacked out again and the next reboot popped me into GNOME. I'm really scared to reboot it again but I would like to fix this issue before closing this case. If anyone has a solution or troubleshooting steps, please help.

The error message in the screenshot is pretty clear: it even instructs you what to do to follow up...
