CUPS - "Sending data to printer" error

Printing used to work fine from my laptop to my OkiData c3400n printer.  Something seems to have changed and it's not working anymore.

I can print fine from the command line using lpr, but printing from the print dialog in chromium, gimp, libreoffice, inkscape, etc fails.  The printer warms up like it's receiving data, but does nothing.

lpstat -P okidata

yields:

printer okidata is idle. enabled since Tue 27 Oct 2015 02:55:28 PM PDT
	Sending data to printer.

When I open up the CUPS admin interface and click "Show All Jobs" under  the jobs tab, it tells me the job has been "completed":

▲ ID ▲	Name	User	Size	Pages	State
okidata-134 Unknown Withheld 148k 1 completed at Tue 27 Oct 2015 02:55:28 PM PDT

But nothing actually prints.

I've been trying to fix this for hours with no luck.  Any leads for troubleshooting would be much appreciated.

Re: CUPS - "Sending data to printer" error

OK, looks like the problem was a mismatch between the ICM Color Profile (600dpi) and the selected print resolution (300dpi).
