viewing bandwidth use of certain process'

Is there an easy way to do this? I'd like to monitor by bandwidth usage and was wondering how to best go about it. I'd like to see a breakdown of the bandwidth usage of specific services.

ntop is pretty rad and there is iftop in AUR although I haven't tried that.
