Need more information. Why won't it start? What messages does it print out when you run it from a terminal? Have you read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Steam including the troubleshooting section?

Ok, I've found the solution.
mv ~/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/i386/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libgcc_s.so.1{,.disable}
mv ~/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam-runtime/i386/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6{,.disable}
Thanks you for suggestion to look at terminal output. I'm not that experienced linux user. I've found this on askubuntu (tested on 15.04) and it worked like a charm !
Thanks for your attention, have a good day.

But you have no idea why it worked, right?
Try reading the Steam page on the wiki, in special the Steam#Steam_runtime_issues part.
