Thats sweet man mind sharin' yer conkyrc dude! ?

http://ompty.org/files/configs/conkyrc

I changed the date part to also show the weekday, but you can easily remove that if you wanted. smile

Set the minimum_size to your resolution's width minus 13.

1024 - 13 = 1011
etc.

[edit] Also, as far as I know, you need conky 1.4.1 (newest) for $mpd_smart to work.

Guidelines
DO NOT post full resolution screenshots!  You can use the "mogrify" command (pacman -S imagemagick) to make a thumbnail of your screenshot:

$ cp screenie.png thumb-screenie.png
$ mogrify -resize 20% thumb-screenie.png

Twenty percent of the original size is great for 1024x768 screenies.  You can then upload these images to your server and use the following code to show them on the forum:

This displays the thumbnail as a link to the screenie like this:

Re: April 2006 Screenshots

So much transparency....
How can you deal with that?
Do you actually have your desktop like that for extended periods of time, or is it just setup that way temporarily for demonstration?

A semi-transparent terminal here or there is ok for me..but *too much* transparency all over the place kinda makes my eyes bleed after a long time.

Re: April 2006 Screenshots

Just a test of EXA... The whacky transparency isn't what I usually use - right now I've just got client-side compositing enabled to counteract Metacity's vile sluggishness.
