No sound from USB card [Solved]

Hello!
I have two sound cards on my laptop: built-in and usb.
I use pulseaudio. Everything worked fine before I tried to play with pulseaudio settings.
I set default-sample-rate = 48000 in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf
After system reboot my USB card stopped making any sound. I tried to bring back default settings, reinstalled pulseaudio, but it doesn't work anyway.
Built-in speakers work well, but USB card doesn't.
aplay -l shows:

When I try to test sound with 'speaker-test -c 2 -D plughw:0,0' it shows the output:

But I cannot hear anything from speakers.
Could someone explain how to troubleshoot this situation?

If you're using pulseaudio, go ahead and install pavucontrol too, if you haven't already. And see if your USB card is recognized by pulseaudio. or you can do

 pactl list 

and paste the output.

I have already installed pavucontrol and I can see my card in listed devices. It is not muted.

OK, I don't know why, but now it is working good.
All I have done is I turned off my laptop and went to sleep. In the morning I don't see any problems.
Yesterday I spent few hours on this problem and rebooted my laptop few times and it didn't help.
Now I rebooted one more time, but problem is gone and I cannot reproduce it.

I was about to suggest you to reboot at the expense of sounding like a fool because something similar happened with me too. Anyway glad it worked now.
Btw, check and see if your USB card is still recognized as "Card 0" on aplay -l .
