Problems with AMDGPU on boot - Dell Inspiron 14 5447

After updating my linux kernel, I've been getting the following error on boot:

starting version 227
/dev/sda2: clean, 91748/61022208 files, 5464644/244059136 blocks
[9.318559] [drm:gfx_v8_0_ring_test_ring [amdgpu]] *ERROR* amdgpu: ring 0 test failed (scratch(0xC040)=0xCAFEDEAD)
[9.320945] amdgpu 0000:03:00.0: Fatal error during GPU init
[9.320968] [TTM] Memory type 2 has not been initialized

I am being able to get a screen but I'd rather solve this.

I tried updating the BIOS to no avail.
I tried to google these error messages, didn't find anything.
Also tried to use this forum search tool, also didn't find anything (sorry if I missed something).

I'm running Arch on a Dell Inspiron 14 5447 with the following specs:
Intel Core i5-4210U @ 1.70GHz

Switchable Graphics:
Intel HD Graphics 4400
AMD Radeon R7 M265

Any help is appreciated.
