KRadio4 (Internet radio) / libvpx[.so.2|.3]

KRadio4 (Version 4.0.7) does not work any more for Internet radio stations since a few days,
i think since update of libvpx on 2015-11-11,
KRadio says it is missing libvpx.so.2,
libvpx provides libvpx.so.3 (since this last update?).

I tried to  create a link
libvpx.so.2 -> libvpx.so.3
it turned out to work fine, KRadio plays Internet radio stations again.

- Is this solution OK?
- If so, this link should be added in packaging?

No, it is not OK. The program needs rebuilt against the new version.
